Privacy & Terms

Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an AED 05 cancellation fee. This is a common carrier fee for package interception. If you decide you want to cancel your order after the item has clicked, you will be charged the shipping.

Refund Policy

In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 14-20 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated. The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy. If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, the order gets canceled automatically. If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by the customer. Refunds will only be provided through the bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.

Marketing: With your consent, we may use your photos for marketing purposes, such as showcasing our services on our website or social media platforms. You can opt out of this at any time.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We use secure practices for data handling and storage.

When renting our photo booth, clients are granted the ability to recreate their own branding shell for the booth. However, it is explicitly prohibited for clients to hide or replace Cluster Clear Events LLC’s identity or place their logo on the booth itself. No one is allowed to use, share or promote Cluster Clear Events Photo Booth under any their brand’s identity.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you are encouraged to review this policy regularly.

Our services are not directed towards children under the age of [10 years]. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We reserve the right to update our privacy policy to reflect changes in our data handling practices or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

Rental Agreement, Booking, and Cancellation Policy

This document constitutes a legally binding rental agreement between Cluster Clear Events LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the customer/client.

  1. Photo Booth Rental Fees: Photo Booth Rental fees shall be determined based on the provided quotation or final invoice.
  2. Photo Booth Setup/Wrap-up: Photo booth setup must occur at least 1.5 hours before the event. Clients requesting setup earlier than 24 hours in advance may incur extra charges. Additional fees will apply for setups occurring 6 or 8 hours before the event, or for extended wrap-up times.
  3. Rental Fees and Payment: Rental costs, contingent upon the scope of work, are detailed in the invoice. Additional charges may apply for scope changes, such as extended hours, excessive prints, transportation, or damages. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, cash, and credit card.
  4. Booking and Payment Terms:
  5. To confirm booking, the customer is required to pay 50% of the full price in advance.
  6. If the payment deadline is not met, the booking will not be accepted.
  7. Once setup is completed, the remaining 50% of the down payment must be fulfilled prior to the event.
  8. Cancellation Policy:
  9. If the client decides to cancel the event after agreeing to the artwork submitted to them, a payment of 125/- AED will be deducted from the 50%, and the remaining money will be refunded back to the client.
  10. If the client decides to cancel the event one to three days prior, 50% of the down payment can either be deductible or used as a balance for the client’s future upcoming event.
  11. Security Deposit/Booking Fees: A security deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required, with a minimum of 50% to be paid in advance as booking fees.
  12. Setup and Venue Requirements: Clients are responsible for supplying sufficient space and convenient electrical connections. Delays or relocations of the photo booth setup will be attributed to the client, affecting booking hours and incurring additional responsibility for any damage resulting from the constant relocation of the photo booth.

 

  1. Equipment Use and Care: The client is responsible for the equipment once it is in their possession. Any misuse leading to damage will result in additional charges.
  2. Operation and Attendant: An attendant, supplied by Cluster Clear Events, will oversee photo booth operation during the event, including setup, wrap-up, photography, and printing.
  3. Image Use and Privacy:
  4. Client rights regarding event photos vary by event type, with privacy assured for private/corporate events and data sharing for public/promotional events contingent upon client consent.
  5. The Company shall not be held liable for any photos that may be subject to theft or unauthorized disclosure by either the client or event attendees.
  6. Liability and Insurance: The client bears the cost of any damages resulting from client intervention, mishandling, or negligence by the client, venue staff, or guests.
  7. Changes to the Agreement: We reserve the right to update or modify our cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to you in writing. By booking Cluster Clear Events LLC photo booth services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this cancellation policy.
  8. Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemic-related restrictions, or government mandates. In such cases, our cancellation policy will apply.
  9. Termination of Agreement: Detail the circumstances under which either party can terminate the agreement and the process for doing so.
